1. From Moscow, Russia

Shipment terms: Usually we ship out your orders within a week after prepayment receipt. Small orders can be shipped faster. Shipment terms for big orders are calculated on case by case basis, depending on required manufacturing time.

Transportation company: All your orders sent from Russia are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express only.

Customer notification: We advise a customer about the shipment by e-mail on the shipment day. The notification e-mail contains date of shipment and UPS airwaybill (AWB) number. Using this AWB number a customer can trace the current shipment location according to this information.

2. From dedicated stock in USA.

* Items, available for shipment from this stock, are marked as "Ready for fast shipment"

Shipment terms: Products, available on the stock in USA, are shipped out on the next business day after prepayment receipt.
