A mobile phone handset should be placed into a desktop pencil holder. The only indication that a mobile phone is remotely activated and turned into a listening mode is a change in EM-field strength (meaning that mobile phone’s transmitter is illegally switched on). EM-field detector comprising the device registers these changes and automatically switches on the acoustic noise generator, installed inside the pencil holder. The noise level in the zone of a handset microphone is sufficient to ensure total jamming of information leakage channel, meaning it is absolutely impossible to decipher the eavesdropped speech. The level of acoustic noise at the input of handset microphone is enough to provide guaranteed closure of this channel of information leakage, i.e. the entire transmission path of speech information is blocked  in the way that there are no signs of speech at the receiving end.
